I am an engineer with the Yahoo! Mail team and we would like to help resolve the issues you are seeing with your accounts. Could you please answer the following questions, this would help us in investigating further.

1. Are you seeing issues with the specific accounts [email protected] and [email protected]? Or is it any other yahoo account?

2. What happens when you go to http://mail.yahoo.com and login with this yahoo account? Are you able to login and access your email?

3. Do you see any errors, or redirect loop? Do you see any error message regarding cookies (or TAE error code) when accessing your email?

4. Have you tried clearing all your browser cookies and relogin to see if that resolves the issue?

5. Are the updates you refer to broadcasting from within Yahoo! Mail, the status message or other facebook / twitter updates from friends?

6. Please provide some information on the browser / OS you are using when accessing yahoo mail for your account.

Messenger works fine but unable to view updates or mail. Upgraded to msg11 to try to fix but made no difference. notice says config/reset_cookies_token=UgOBCN.       SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE
